All right, welcome back to the channel,
guys. Theta homies, Theta OG's or anyone
really Theta interested. So, just going
on to some of the news here again in
terms of the recent lawsuit or
allegations for Theta Network like Mitch
Lou. And also, I probably may not make a
video after the day after Christmas. We
are going to see if I have time to, but
for those who are celebrating, happy
holidays to everyone. Happy merry
Christmas, merry Hanukkah, happy new
year, all those things around. But going
on to X now, we're going to see that
here. This was just look like one of the
allegations or one of the lawsuits that
were regarding Theta Network and looked
like Andrea Barry. So here the claims it
says discrimination claims, employment
claims, sex and gender discrimination,
wage and hour claims. So this doesn't
necessarily mean there's some sort of
lawsuit against the network project
itself. It's more look like right here
on the top says new suit the employment
possibility and we shall see as to how
this is all going to work out in in the
near future. And I feel like when the
network just seems like they're trying
to grow altogether or just when a
business is trying to grow altogether
and people make changes and the people
who don't or who are not a part of the
change for the future kind of get back
at the whatever organization or company
in terms of just trying to get whatever
reimbursement because of how they were
felt. Especially nowadays I feel like
everything is just all lawsuits at least
here in the United States. Not sure how
it is in other countries but I just feel
like that's just how things are just
kind of handled when things aren't going
the way that certain people would want.
Going on to some other posts as well.
Theta ecosystem posted that a new
announcement by Theta Labs at the
Discord. Looks like Ginian who's I
believe now yes still a part of the
Theta Network ecosystem. I really
haven't heard too many other updates
from him. There's been a lot of recent
discussions about Theta and the
allegations and we want to address it
directly. At the end of the day, this
comes down to employment disputes with
former employees. Some of what's being
said publicly goes well beyond that
doesn't line up with the facts. They're
taking the time to review and everything
carefully and we'll share more context
when they can after legal review. For
now, where they're staying focused on
the work, the team, and what they're
building into 2026. Thanks for sticking

support Theta Labs team. And it's kind
of nice that they really address this
pretty much sooner rather than later.
Rather having the whole Discord of Theta
Network just be spammed with as to what
is happening. What is the lawsuit? What
are these allegations? And nice that
they really been more proactive for
announcing something. So, who for those
who are not in the Discord and who are
just curious as to anything Theta
updated related, probably a good idea to
hop in there once in a blue moon just to
see what else is new. Or if you haven't

And I really do post as much things
theta related as soon as I can. Other
than my full full-time job as a nurse,
other interests I have outside of
YouTube and nursing. I try to post at
least twice a week, Monday and Friday
seems like the best schedule for me at
the moment of my time. Additionally,
just to add on to like how Theta Network
is most likely partnered with all the
validators and all the other partners
that they've announced in the past. They
have shown this before in the past. I
just couldn't really find it recently,
but it says that people are saying
allegations that Theta Network and
Google are not affiliated. I feel like
that wasn't true, but like if people
were saying it, it kind of got me
guessing. Google employee wearing a
Theta logo shirt presenting on the
behalf of Theta Labs. Google's own
slides are showing Google Cloud and
Theta. Google running an enterprise
validator node for the years. And this
is supposed to be the bombshell against
Theta Labs. Absurd. None of the videos
are financial advice. Definitely do your
own research. But when you click on this
image, it's been a minute since I've
heard of any kind of like Theta and
Google news, but they had this
announcement right here. Says Google
Cloud and Theta combining the power of
cloud and edge. Cloud is a stable and
high availability. Edge is virtually
unlimited number of nodes, low
capability nodes, but with massive
parallel processing power, close to the
end user. This announcement or this post
altogether or presentation was like
there was one. Maybe I'll try to post it
down below if I can find it. It's not
that long of a clip, but it still
pertains to like the network and all
their affiliates, their partners,
collaborations, anything really related
on that. But altogether, put some
thoughts in comments as to what you
think this is going to really involve as
to like the lawsuits, who's going to
come out on top, if they're going to
just like settle, most likely in my
opinion, most likely settle, or if
there's anything else you think there's
any other outcomes. Before going on to

their partners. So, it just makes sense
as to nice seeing that Theta Labs is

when it comes to these allegations, I
just feel like they may not be true
because of all these other platforms who
are legit companies and esports gaming
companies are just promoting Theta in a
sense. I don't understand how these
other allegations are hoaxes, but again,
none of the videos are financial advice.
Last thing I do want to mention because
